The Blame Game

Since assuming office three years ago, President O has played the blame game, blaming everyone and everything for the country's ills. Big business, Wall Street, the Europeans, the weather, earthquakes and President Bush for the economy. Unemployment on the economy, Wall Street, rich folks and President Bush. The lousy housing mess on banks and.......President Bush. The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq on the Republicans and President Bush. So President Obama like to play the blame game........so, let's play.
Has anyone noticed the increase in a gallon of gas lately? A gallon of gas, nationally, is $3.53...in FEBRUARY?? This is the first time in history that gas has been this high this early in the year. It usually doesn't start its upward trend until the spring and summer vacation driving period begins. Some analysts say it will hit $4 by April. In one month gas prices have gone up $.25. Who gets the blame? The President will blame the Europeans, the weather, the economy and...President Bush. But wait, didn't Mr. Obama, after the last big oil spill a couple years back shut down the oil rigs in the Gulf? Hasn't Mr. Obama refused to tap into ANWR ( Arctic National Wildlife Refuge), the world's largest oil reserves in Alaska? Didn't the President, for the sake of politics and the environmentalist wackos say no to the Keystone Pipeline Project? So, whom do we blame? Obama.
The President is ballyhooing the unemployment rate having dropped to 8.3 percent. These are cooked numbers because they don't include people who have dropped out of the job search market and the underemployed. While the President claims jobs are his number 1 priority it seems the only job he's interested in preserving is his own. After all, he could have created an immediate 20,000 jobs IF he had approved the Keystone Pipeline project, not to mention the spin off jobs that the project would create. Stimulus packages haven't worked and he still wants to spend more. So whom do we blame? Obama.
When Obama took office the country had a AAA credit rating. Now it's AA. Blame Obama.
When Obama took office we had a $10 trillion debt. Now it's $15 trillion and climbing. Blame Obama.
When Obama took office we had 26weeks of unemployment payments. Now it's 99 weeks. Blame Obama.
When Obama took office the Federal Government had an annual budget. Now, no budget. Blame Obama.
So, if President O wants to play the blame game, he has more than his share on his plate....he won't admit it...he'll just blame.....President Bush.

Obama's Latest Scam - The Budget

President Obama rolled out his budget for next year with more of the same: More Taxes, More Spending and another $1.3 Trillion added to the deficit. Thank God It's DOA! Call it slight- of- hand, voodoo economics, pulling the wool over the taxpayers eyes...it's a scam.

Conservative tax reform activist Grover Norquist told Newsmax it's “trickle-down taxation.....they promise to tax only rich people and then it trickles down to everyone.”

The Republican National Committee (RNC) denounced the budget saying, “President Obama promised to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term but instead ran up trillion dollar deficits every year he’s been in office. His budget for next year is more of the same. It’s full of more spending and more tax increases that have put this country deeper into debt.”

And,  House Budget Committee Chairman, Paul Ryan, said in a statement, "The broken promises and recycled gimmicks contained in this budget have dramatically widened this president's growing credibility deficit."

Tim Phillips, Americans for Prosperity President  said, “President Obama didn't bother to address the skyrocketing national debt and out of control spending during his State of the Union speech, and now we know why. Like his last budget proposal that was unanimously rejected even by Harry Reid's Senate, this budget is not serious, does not address the fiscal crisis we face, and does nothing to put the country on the path to growth and prosperity."

Phillips concluded, "President Obama thinks you can tax your way to prosperity and spend your way out of debt, but the real world doesn't work like that."

Thank God This budget is DOA!

Spread The Wealth???

Warren Buffett, the rich guy who claims, and Obama trumpets, that his secretary pays a higher tax rate then he does...it's called the Buffet Rule. The Buffett Rule is a false premise. When Warren Buffett and Barack Obama tout this fallacy they purposely don't tell the rest of the story. Buffett's secretary's tax rate is based on a salary she receives working for Mr. Buffett. Buffett, on the other hand, earns his income through capital gains from stock he owns in business. By law he pays a 15 percent rate on those gains. Thus he claims paying less than his secretary. However, before he realizes those gains, the businesses he invests in pay a corporate tax rate of 35 percent. So, in fact, Buffett pays 50 percent on the income he earns. Obama and Buffett are hypocrites for chastising Mitt Romney for paying a low tax rate when he, in fact, earns his money exactly as Warren Buffett does. To be fair, neither Buffett or Romney is doing anything wrong or breaking any law. It's simply how the tax system is structured.

So who pays the most taxes in this country? As the graph below, courtesy of the Heritage Foundation with stats from the Tax Foundation and IRS shows, the top 10 percent of earners in this country pay 70 percent of  federal income taxes. These are also the job creators in the country.
