The Donald Explains Dumbo Care!

Let me get this straight . . .

We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced  to purchase and fined if we don't, Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it,  passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a Dumbo President who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke!!!!!
'What the hell could possibly go wrong?'

Kudos to a Democrat!!

So, we are at or about 1,055 days since the U.S. Senate, led by Sen. Harry Reid (D) NV. passed a federal budget, required annually by the Constitution. Three years, Harry, you and your fellow libs have failed in your constitutional duty.
But now comes a fellow Democrat, Rep. Jim Cooper, of my State of Tennessee with a solution. Mr. Cooper proposes that lawmakers pay be cut off if a budget and all 12 spending bills financing government agencies is not enacted each year by the October 1 deadline, the beginning of the fiscal year. Now, while this bill probably doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of being passed, after all, the same guys who won't do their job and pass a budget certainly are not going to pass a bill taking away their gravy-train, it does seem to have some support among a few on the Hill. To be sure, I am not in the habit of celebrating the politics of the left,  but to be fair KUDOS to Rep. Jim Cooper (D) TN. for having the guts that his fellow Democrats in the Senate seem to lack.

Consider This........

1. Americans spend at Wal-Mart $36,000,000 every hour of every day!
2. This works out to $20,928 profit every minute!
3. Wal-Mart will sell more from January 1 to St. Patrick's Day (March 17th)        thanTarget sells all year.
4. Wal-Mart is bigger than Home Depot, Kroger, Target, Sears, Costco and  K-Mart combined.
 5. Wal-Mart employs 1.6 million people, is the world's largest private employer, and most speak English.
6. Wal-Mart is the largest company in the history of the world.
7. Wal-Mart now sells more food than Kroger and Safeway combined, and keep in mind they did this in only fifteen years.
8. During this same period 31 big supermarket chains sought bankruptcy.

9. Wal-Mart now sells more food than any other store in the world.
10. Wal-Mart has approx 3,900 stores in the USA of which 1,906 are Super Centers. This is 1,000 more than it had five years ago.
11. This year 7.2 billion different purchasing experiences will occur at Wal-Mart stores. (Earth's population is approximately 6.5 Billion.)
12. 90% of all Americans live within fifteen miles of a Wal-Mart.

CONSIDER that MAYBE we should hire the guys who run Wal-Mart to fix the economy.

Me of Little Faith.....

Usually after the Super Tuesday primaries you have a pretty good idea who is going to get the nomination to run against  an incumbant President. Talking heads and political know-it-alls' are giving it to Romney, even though Santorum is giving him a fight. But it really doesn't make any difference who it is when the nominating convention gets together  this summer. Why? Because unless the Republicans, conservative and moderate voters get over their pettiness, it's not going to matter. Barack Huessein Obama will have another term as President of the United States.
I hate the simple-mindedness of one -issue voters. They get one thing on there mind and if a candidate is on the opposite side of the fence on an issue, they won't vote. Look at the BIG PICTURE, people. There are hundreds of issues a President has to deal with and take positions on. Obama has been the exception. His one issue is socialism. That's where he wants to take this country. He needs to go!
Frankly I have little faith in those who are on the right side of the political spectrum. I fear there are too many one-issue voters out there who will sit at home if the eventual nominee is one who does not lean their way on a specific issue. Therefore, I predict, Barack Obama will win a second term......I hope the voters prove me wrong.
